About Sandy Sipe

Board-certified orthopedic specialist with nearly 30 years in orthopedic and sports physical therapy — serving Ventura, CA.

Hi, I'm Sandy Sipe, MPT, OCS, CMP — owner of 805 Physical Therapy and Performance. I've helped people recover from all kinds of orthopedic and sports injuries, and I love getting them back to the activities they care about.

  • Experience across many post-surgical rehabs
  • Trained in many manual therapy techniques
  • Clinical instructor & mentor to other PTs
  • One-on-one — no techs, no aides

I bring a seasoned eye to thorough assessments and a deep toolkit of treatment techniques to address your pain, your function, and your goals in an effective, meaningful way.

A bit about me

I'm an NCAA Division I scholarship athlete and an Ironman. I've surfed and backpacked around the world — all of which shapes how I help people move and recover.

My mission

To keep my patients' and clients' dreams alive — whatever that means to them — treating each person with deep intention and care.

Why one-on-one care

No techs. No aides. Just expert, one-on-one care.

Physical therapy isn't just about treating injuries — it's about empowering you to take control of your own health, with a real focus on education and prevention for long-term success.

Traditional insurance-based care can mean short, shared sessions. At 805 it's a full hour, one-on-one with me from start to finish, and a singular focus on getting you back to what you love.

  • One-on-one care, every single session
  • No techs, no aides — always me
  • Education & prevention, not just quick fixes

Cash-pay, out-of-network. I don't bill insurance — I provide a superbill you submit to your insurer yourself for possible reimbursement.
